5 Spruce Road was a custom build from start to finish. We had the opportunity to meet with the clients immediately after they purchased their dream piece of land to build on. We collaborated based on a handful of plans our architect had developed, and were able to make custom changes based on the clients preferences. We're very proud of this build, and are grateful it will be a place a young family will grow together for years to come.
A Brand New Condo Renovation in downtown Danvers MA. It featured private entrances into each unit. "Simple living for the sophisticated buyer". Stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, brand new everything. Custom gourmet eat-in kitchens with granite counter tops. Perfectly situated just minutes from downtown Danvers.
